What is Sublimation?

Sublimation printing often referred to as dye sublimation printing or digital sublimation is the digital printing process in which full-color artwork is printed, using special ink, first onto a sheet of high-release paper and then transferred with the use of heat and pressure onto apparel or other items.

The term sublimation describes an endothermic process where the ink is heated to such a high temperature, which transforms the dye particles into a gas bonding them to polyester fibers. 

Sublimation printing never cracks, fades or peels. 

What material are your T-Shirts made from?

Our T-Shirts are a Polyester/Cotton blend, super soft and Unisex in design, shape, and size.

What is your shipping policy? 

We offer FREE Standard Shipping in the United States.  We currently ship from Florida to all of the US states.  Please contact us at contacttangerinedaisy@gmail.com for any direct shipping questions or concerns.  Each item is hand crafted and one-of-a-kind; no two shirts are alike.  Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. 

Please note, each item is handmade especially for you in our Florida-based studio and shipped immediately upon completion. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your product to arrive. We strive to do our best to get your item(s) out to you in less than the two-week period, but please allow for it in case it is needed.  

Shipping time has the potential to increase during the holidays or high volume times throughout the year.  

Tangerine Daisy, LLC is not responsible for any unforeseen delays once your item(s) are in the hands of the postal service.  This is outside of our control; understandably.

We do offer local pick up for items.  We can work that out at the time your item is ready for you.  

Once local folks are made aware their item(s) is/are ready, they are asked to pick up within (7) seven business days.  If no contact, or item(s) are not picked up within 10 days, you forfeit your right to the sale and you understand no refund will be given.  If a chargeback has been placed by you or by someone on your behalf, you will no longer be welcome to shop with us.  We apologize in advance, but we do not have the time to reach out three and four times for pickups; nor do we have the space to house custom made item(s).  Please see our "Shipping Policy" for further details. 

Why does my shirt not look exactly like the picture image on the website?

Original items may vary slightly from those in the pictures for various reasons: monitor resolution, coloring, and magnification to show detail.  Because each item is handmade, each item is slightly different from the next. 

Even within the same bleach style and color of T-Shirt, each T-Shirt will vary from the next. Therefore, you will not get the exact item you see in the web picture, but it will be very similar.  We want you to love what you see in our shop, just as much as we want you to be in love with your item(s).

What if my product is damaged?

We take special care when packaging up your item(s).  Should your item arrive damaged for whatever reason, please contact us immediately at contacttangerinedaisy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can remedy it for you.

Returned items must be unused, and in original packaging; just as you received it/them.

What is a cookie?

When visiting tangerinedaisyllc.com, we collect data relating to your visit in the form of cookies. A cookie is a text file that is stored in your browser, giving us information about what parts of our page you visited, and if you added something to your shopping cart. Cookies are anonymous in the way that no personal information is associated with them.

How do I get rid of cookies?
You can block cookies in your browser, and you can also see a list of which cookies are saved and delete them.

Can I return my item?

Currently we do not offer returns on our items, as they are custom and made to order.  However, if for any reason your item is damaged and /or defective due to something we unintentionally did on our end, please reach out to us immediately at contacttangerinedaisy@gmail.com upon receipt of your item(s).  We will be happy to work things out.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.
